"If you check in on the app and get there 15 minutes before they are supposed to close, they will lock the door and tell you that can’t cut your hair. If your sign says you close at 6 then you close at 6 not 5:45! I checked at 5:00 pm and they wouldn’t honor your appointment."

"My son just got his long hair cut for school now he usually see Kim who does a good job. Whomever cut his hair today butchered it. It is awful my son starts school next week I hope we can fix this without a Buzz Cut because he has great hair."

"I attempted to get my son’s hair cut today. We walked in at 3:48p (store closes at 4p) and, upon opening the door, was told they weren’t taking any more customers. I looked around and there wasn’t a single person waiting. The girl at the front desk said “we close at 4.” I looked at my phone and said “it’s not 4 yet.” She simply said “yes.” Now correct me if I’m wrong, but I thought Great Clips was supposed to take walk-ins until close. My son’s hair cut is always super quick and likely would have been finished before the store actually closed. Yes, I know it wasn’t ideal for me to get there 12 minutes before close, but that was the only time I could get there today. And quite frankly, that’s just part of working in customer service. I would have had a very upset supervisor had I done that as an assistant manager for a national pizza chain when I worked in the service sector many years ago. In fact, I had to stay open and take orders for 5 minutes AFTER closing to account for people’s clocks potentially being a few minutes out of sync."

"Great Clips in Harrison Ohio, Kim is my hair lady. My dad and grandfather go here now too. I'd say she's the best by a long shot at employees for all of your employees. No one except Kim touches my head. She runs, and has been running, the Harrison Ohio location. Because of her, that store cuts more heads than any other store in that area. She's amazing! If someone reads this from corporate Great Clips reads this review, give this woman a paid vacation and send her on a trip or something as a thank you for keeping that store booming like it is!! Kim when you read this thank you haha! I'll be in in the next day or 2, because I'm going on vacation this weekend, so I'll be needing to look sharp!!! See you soon!!!!!!!!! -George"
