"My husband and I have been recently shopping around for a hot tub. This being our first one, we didn't really know what we wanted or where to begin. We shopped some competition before walking into The Great Escape in Strongsville and Carolyn was absolutely incredible. Carolyn explained what the differences are between all the spas, and ones even not at The Great Escape. Carolyn was not pushy and wasn't trying to force us into a sale which was appreciated. Carolyn gave us her information and offered her help if we had anymore questions or concerns. About 1-2 weeks later, my husband and I went back in and put a deposit down on a floor model for the sale they were having. We are so excited and couldn't be more grateful for the experience we have had."

Being new to owning and maintaining a pool has proven stressful for me this year, so I did as many of us do and searched online for what chemicals I need to add for this and that, and from what I learned is there is so many different combinations of things that affect a pool that if your just guessing what’s wrong with your pool because it seems to be like the pool on YouTube that some guys treating, your probably just wasting your money. "The products they sell are good, however the installation is trash. I purchased a 30ft pool and had them install it. In two years iv had to replace every union and hose on the pump. They claim its normal wear and tear. Greg laughed ant thought it was funny. Clearly their customer service is just as good as their installation."

They stand behind their products, and are always willing to help work through any issues. I would gladly do business here again.
