"Prefer this location to others in the area. If you don't use self check-out, prepare to wait in LONG LINES. The attendants at the self check-outs though are pretty attentive if you have an issue."
"I get a gift card for a return. I go to use it 5 minutes later, doesn’t work. I go to a different self checkout lane, same thing. I call am associate over, they tell me to do the same thing I just did. So I go to a regular lane, and right after I put my stuff (mind you, it’s five things) the cashier shuts off her light and says “excuse me, I’m sorry, but I’m closed.”"

"New in the neighborhood and this is my go to store to buy anything I might need. Would have given a 5star but I had to give a 3star because I had an unpleasant encounter with one of the staff. Bought a pair of sandal for my daughter but later realized I got a wrong size when I got home. Went back the following day to request an exchange but upon my arrival, the lady at the customer care stand told me they don’t offer an exchange but they’d issue me a refund. I said no problem, she checked the code on the Sandals and said it’s a wrong sandal & it doesn’t correlate with what I had on the receipt, I told her I got it here at Walmart just yesterday so what was she talking about, after a little back & forth she started sounding irritated and in her words she told me “I can’t deal with you today” that was rude and condescending, she didn’t even try to offer any assistance. I left the store disappointed and called the customer care number to lodge a complaint. I was asked to go back to the store and speak with the store manager to issue me an exchange or refund Atleast. It was at this point I was only offered a refund. The staff should be respectful and learn how to speak to customers, I bought that sandal with my money! It wasnt a free gift at the store. Talking to me like I was an inconvenience to her and she just wanted to get rid of me was really condescending. Anyway, I had my refund and bought the real size. So all is well in paradise again"
