"I do not like leaving bad reviews but this one did it for me. I walked in and there were two employees at the counter talking about wash clothes and if you should use one or not. They did not greet me and continued talking as if I wasn’t there. I went to the register because I had a question about some earrings. One of the employees looked at me as if I was bother her and interrupting her. She gave me some generic answer then went back to her conversation. I then went to the ethnic hair products and was trying to decide which product I wanted. Another customer comes in and I hear them greet her. Interesting! Then, she proceeds to bring the lady to show her a product in the isle that I’m standing in on the opposite wall. Instead of saying ‘excuse meI’ she tries to reach around me but then realizes she can’t. S he then says to the customer ‘When I can get over there I’ll get it for you.’ After she says that she then proceeded to squeeze her way past me without saying excuse me. I said “Excuse me still works” she ignores me and continues reaching and talking to the lady. I go to the register to check out. (I really should‘ve walked out) I say to the cashier ‘That was really rude and that should’ve never happened’ She stands there I’m silence and says nothing as if I wasn’t even talking. I spend A Lot of money with them. I haven’t been back since. I’ll would rather drive to Muncie."

"For the most part customer service is awesome, but only with a handful of the ladies working there. I have dealt with this one lady only two times and it seems I get her when I have a return. She has zero personality, unless you considered rudeness a trait. She seems to HATE waiting on people and never seems to know what to do. You're dealing with people, cheer up or at least show respect for the people who shop there and keep Your job around"
