Burger King

"Tried to call to help a friend in the bathroom due to no toilet paper. Called the store for 15 minutes, back to back, mailbox is full and can't take any messages and no one is answering. I still don't know what's happened to my friend or if they decided to bathe in the sink to clean off. That's what I recommended to them anyway, sure beats wasting a sock and clogging the toilet with it. I hope you clean up your act burger king, it's kinda bull right now."

"30 minute wait. Weren’t even busy… employees are awful. ratchet and ghetto is all I can say. dancing around, a girl blew her nose….. then touched my bag… no gloves. then got mad when my man asked why 30 minutes. She said takes 6 minutes for chicken to cook…. then got mad at him and shut the window…. manager is awful. idk if he’s a women or man but whoever that thing is…. AWFUL. avoid at all costs. truly they deserve 0 stars. also they left mic on and could hear them talking about customers and using foul language. these employees learned nothing in school or training! Not even basic communication. parents must be so proud. hopefully corporate does something. go to any other Burger King or check out Taco Bell 30 seconds away. They treat customers great."

"The manager that worked on 10-11-23 at 11:30 am her attitude was so out of control. I ordered a whopper meal and buy one get one bogo original chicken sandwich and she had 3 rung up so I asked her to take one off. She got so mad like it was my fault she rung an extra one up. So disappointed with the service we as people deserve better especially when we are showing nothing but kindness!"

"I was literally verbally attacked by TWO of their emlloyees while trying to get breakfast this morning . The customer service at this place is beyond outrageous! The cashier and cook are both extremely rude and the cook has was spewing profanities at me thoroughout my entire time at their window. I have spent many yrs in upper managemnt of restaurants and have never exoerienced the type of customer service that occured at this location this morning. All I simply asked for was my receipt! I do understand that other customers may have given them a hard time prior to me but that was no reason to treat me with such utter disrespect on every level! I will never return to the location and will be sure to share my horrible experience with others so they too dont have to be verbally attacked!"

"Don’t waste your time! Just go to another location! This location is horrible from the service to the food!! Order a double whopper with chesse & bacon. I got no cheese & one slice of uncooked bacon"
