"Sam's is an awesome place to get groceries and other items. Some of the prices are super cheap. I get all my gas from Sam's. I also buy all my paper products such as toilet paper and paper towels from them. There are a lot of other things as well. I love their rotisserie chicken. A 3 lb chicken for $5. No one touches that. And I really like the check out on the app. I don't even have to get in line to pay. I scan and pay with my phone."
"Wow ! This place was packed and I only needed a few items to finish my Christmas cookies recipe list and went to the usual place that the cocoa powder was at and nothing! Checked the app and it said 141, but there was nothing on the shelf. Found a guy pulling orders. He was super nice. He said let me look so. He stopped what he was doing just to go look for us went to the back kept looking came back and said that he wasn’t sure where they were went upfront to customer service. Found a couple there. The other guy stopped, but he was didn’t want to go back with me, so he’s like hold on let me go look so then he went and got a supervisor supervisor found the tag on the shelf. He’s like I know where the rat they’re probably back in receiving if we just got the truck in so about five minutes later here it comes with a couple cases, even though we didn’t need that many Shopping list complete and the supervisor just made the nice list! Everyone was super friendly and very helpful and if you haven’t downloaded the app, I would definitely recommend it and use the scan and go feature to check out with!"
"Every time I visit, the store is poorly lit and depressing. The checkout staff always act annoyed with me and talk among themselves. So rude! I prefer to pay more for Costco - drive further, get really good bargains in a great atmosphere and feel valued as a customer. Letting my membership lapse."
"Like this "big box" store. I am impressed with quite a bit of the inventory. I am a little disappointed in the cost of several items I have regularly purchased from a "big box" store competitor. Most of the items I typically purchased from the other store are quite a bit more expensive at Sam's Club. But, Sam's Club has some pretty cool stuff that is decently priced and definitely something to consider getting a membership to their club. At this point, I feel I need to keep both "big box" Club memberships to make it worth it."
