"Jenn gave me a great hair cut. I have very heavy and thick hair. Most hair dressers start to panic when they start working on my hair. Jenn was confident in what she did, she listened carefully when I explained what I would like. At the end my hair looked exactly how I wanted it to look. It’s not bulky and heavy anymore. I will definitely go back, thank you"
"Ended up getting the worst hair cut of my life so far. If you have ever had super short hair and tried to grow it out, you can understand my pain. I went in wanting to keep most of my length but add sort of curtain bangs but the lady gave me a mullet and just kept cutting and cutting my bangs until they were extremely short and blunt. If she would have stopped cutting my bangs maybe my hair could have been salvaged but there isn’t much to make it better other chopping my hair to make it somewhat decent looking. I don’t know if it was retaliation from not wanting to pay for all the extra things that she was trying to sell me but I’m completely devastated that she ruined all my time and effort."
"Absolutely the worst possible service. Checked in at 6:20 pm for a haircut, location is open till 7pm. Was told 15 minutes but the only person working never even acknowledged me and continued to talk to a customer that was done, up until they closed. I had to eventually walk away after waiting for 40 minutes. DO NOT go here if you want any kind of customer service, seeing her attitude glad I didn't get a haircut in the end."
"Had Hannah to cut my hair. I wanted swept bangs and dead ends cut off. She did not listen to me. I didn't want a shampoo or drying. She said the she had to wash and dry it to cut it evenly. She then charged me extra for something I didnt want. Her and her co-workers talked unprofessionally about customers. From her words, don't go there for hair colors. Hannah kept pushing for me to buy hair products. I continued to tell her no. I told her that I was not happy and would have to go somewhere else to get what I wanted. This is a very unprofessional business. You will get what you paid for. Hannah is the worst hair stylist ive ever had. Tipped $0. If you want to leave with good looking hair, dont go here. I also called cooperate. Will never come here again."
