"I don’t recommend taking a special needs child to this salon. I’ve been taking my 4 year old son here since he was 2 and haven’t had issues until today. My son is autistic and I had expressed that to the lady cutting his hair. She was extremely rude and impatient towards him. Kept telling him to sit still and to sit down when I was already trying to handle it the correct way. He was getting very overstimulated and she was just very rude about it all. I ended up taking him out of the chair and we left without getting his hair cut. If you aren’t going to be patient and understanding towards kids especially with kids that have special needs at a kid geared salon then please just find a different job. It is already hard enough as a parent with a child with a disability and she made the experience harder and extremely traumatic for him. I will not be coming back here again."

"They did a fantastic job for my wiggling child's first haircut. They were quick and precise, and the cut turned out great. I would highly recommend this place for any children getting their hair cut. Update: As of 9/23/23, we've come back twice since his first cut. They're so sweet and gentle with my little man even if he struggles with the sound of the clippers. I absolutely love this salon and would definitely recommend it, especially if you have kids! They have a cute little playground if you're waiting for your cut, which can make all the difference if your kids have endless energy."
"We took our 1 year old for his second hair cut. He did less than perfect with the clippers but the lady cutting his hair was so patient and kind. Neat vibe with the kid section (play set and themed stations and chairs), men and women stations too. All ages were in there when we were!"
