"Just now getting a chance to do a review. Over Labor day weekend we were in Findlay for a family emergency. Mom is 89 years old, very stressed about the situation, so I thought I would get her away from the hospital for awhile. We went to Supercuts to get her hair permed and cut, having her hair done is relaxing for her. We live in Bryan and always go to Cost cutters, she gets her perms done by Kay. They said they had time to do it all, Same company, we are happy. The girl working on her is talking on the phone, leaving to help other workers as well has working on 2 other people herself. She left her with perm solution on her head, under the hair dryer for about 45 minutes. I kept walking over to her telling her the time was up, she said it was fine with the perm she was using. When she finally rinsed and put the neutralizer on, Moms scalp was red and burning. We had signed a paper before she started to do the perm that we would not complain if the perm didn't take or if we had any complaints. We were both upset but I kept telling her it would be ok. The girl then cut her hair so short you could not even tell she had a perm. She was charged full price for the service, even though we said something and she well knew we were upset. But as we were told, we signed the paper. Things have finally slowed down with the medical emerency. Her hair and scalp are better and she needs a perm. We have told all our family not to go to Supercuts in Findlay. We will be going to Kay again and only Kay for Moms hair."
"Sadly this Supercuts has gone downhill over the last 6 months. The staff is always rude or in a bad mood and it seems like a bother that they have to deal clients. I haven’t found anyone pleasant since Sarah left and this will be my last time back. I know it’s Supercuts but it shouldn’t be asking to much to expect a friendly staff and someone who seems like they actually enjoy their job."
