"On December 19 /2023 I purchase several items and one of the items are returned on December 29, 2023 and they told me my refund will be funded back in my account 3to 7 business days here I haven’t received it yet on January 9 I spoke with my bank they said it never returned to my account. They see where it was taken out but never returned. I contacted big lots spoke with one of the workers. He told me to bring my receipts up so he can send them to Corporate Friday the 12th. Spoke with him and he told me that I needed to contact corporate because they said that my money was deposit which was a lie because when I spoke with Corporate they can see on their end that it was never deposited so now I had to Claim to get my money back someone up a big lots might be taking money, so just be careful when you’re purchasing items from big lots Corporate told me they don’t have to do a fraud complaint and they’ll get back in touch with me and one two days so let’s see what they’re gonna do about this"

"I recently purchased an outdoor picnic set. As a Senior living alone, Adam at the store accommodated my preference for for the floor model. He fully shrink wrapped it to safely put in my small SUV which fit. I could not be more appreciative of Adan’s outstanding customer service and fully meeting my needs. I shop at Big Lots frequently and this is another excellent reason to shop there. Thank you Adam!!"
