"Purchased a piece at the Garden Center - Great experience then and piece is awesome. Having it delivered was an entire different story. Was suppose to pick-it up at center but with travel and a recent injury (herniated disc) I went to center and asked to have it delivered and planted, they said no problem and took payment $100, $50 for delivery and $50 for planting which is reasonable. Called back to say they could not plant, so I got the hole dug the hole and ready to receive decorative tree. They said they would drop it in the hole, suppose to deliver on Friday, that did not work, Saturday did not work as well and finally suppose to come Monday after 3:30 but came before before noon before anyone was at home was and dropped the 500 lb piece on side of sidewalk. If they would had taken the time to walk at back of house, literally 25 steps, they would have seen the hole and three shovels planted in the soil. Now I have to find a few men to move it to back of house. When I called to complaint I get zero cooperation, just told I was suppose to pick-it up up a month ago. They did refund me $50 for not planting, still last time I will do business with these folks and I spend a ton on landscaping every year. Very disappointing, after sales service."
