"I ordered several bras from here. I was so excited because I thought maybe I was finally going to get what I wanted from a bra. The sizes are not accurate, and the same style bras only in a different color don't fit the same. I tried to send it back and contacted customer service for them to resend a packing slip and return label to me. They sent me the wrong label which I didn't realize was wrong until after 60 days had passed, and the package was sent back to me. I tried to email them about the mistake to make sure I could still be refunded. I never got a response after that. So now I'm stuck with bras that dont fit and customer service that is atrocious. I would have tried to order again trying different sizes to accommodate what I had learned off of the first batch, but now the have lost a loyal customer for life. I have a big chest and good quality bras are very hard to come by, if you're considering this brand, do yourself a favor..... and just DON'T!"

"I purchased several items here and when they arrived mis-sized, I requested a refund. I was promised a refund and shipped everything back in great shape. Now, they are denying the refund saying the item was worn; yes, that is how i learned it was mis-sized. Btw, if it is mis-sized, you cannot resell it anyway. It has to be damaged out. I wouldnt spend my money here. Their word is no better than their product."

"I'm very disappointed with your product #5028. It is supposed to be your best seller. I did my research to find a comfortable bra. I read your beginning on your website. I was so excited to try your bras. I ordered it, no problems and you shipped it the same day I ordered it. I was so excited because I ordered on a Friday and it arrived the following Monday. Excellent shipping service! I put the bra on and man was I disappointed. It was not comfortable at all. I thought, it's been a long day at work, I'm just tired of having on a bra so I tried it the next day. I wore it to see how I liked it at work. Let me tell you, it's one of the most uncomfortable bras ever. I measure myself the way it said on the site and put in the measurements so I know I got the right size. The material of the bra is very rough, not soft like I thought it would be. I figured it would be satiny but it wasn't. When you move in it, it just bunches up on the side. Almost to the point it just rolls up your sides. There is so much material on the sides where the wires are that it cuts into your arm. The cup, again I have the right size according to your chart, has so much material at the top it puckers. The straps are not comfortable and doesn't feel padded at all. The only good thing I can say is the straps do not fall down. That is a plus. I thought there was 100% satisfaction so I read how to return. You can not return if it's been worn. How on earth is someone going to know if the bra is comfortable or not if you don't wear it? You can't leave tags on to test it. I am out $30 and still can't find a bra worth a darn. Really disappointed in your product."
