"My experience was a nightmare!!! My daughter has homecoming coming up, we came in August and paid for her dress and shoes, only to be told we couldn’t get the dress without a receipt. I explained that my daughters car was totaled and the insurance company took the car and salvaged it. Her receipt was in the car. So I provided my bank statement and a picture my daughter in the dress as she was being altered. Still wouldn’t give me my money back or the dress. How much weed can you possibly be smoking to where you can’t remember your customers??? I had poor, poor, customer service, and will NEVER shop there again! I’ll let you know how things go because I’m taking them to court."
