"5 stars all the way! Whether you are looking for a romantic dinner, family dinner, business dinner, or just want to treat yourself, there is every type of table set up, little nooks, and candles everywhere. I will definitely go back."
"I ate here in the fall with a group of 10. We did beat the dinner rush but the service was fantastic and food and drinks were amazing. I had chicken dish with asparagus and potatoes. It was fabulous."
"This is another beautiful building in Ohio City. It is worth going just to see the inside. The vibe here is what you go for. Swanky library type feeling with red ‘velvet’ booths and real candelabras at each table. The server will light them for you upon seating. The food is pretty good. Our table had a burger and the fettuccine which were ok. If you go, order the pork chop, it was by far the best at our table and a dish they do really well. I think I’d recommend going in for a drink and appetizer. We didn’t sit at the bar this time but will try it out next time as it looks just as welcoming."
"We received excellent food and the service was great. The atmosphere is one of a kind and beautiful. The food choices were minimal but that is typical of a high-end restaurant. It was quite pricey so I won't be frequenting this place but it's definitely worth an occasional visit."
"We met friends here for dinner and loved the atmosphere of this restaurant. It really is cozy. My only issue was the lighting, it is really dark with candles and small lamps. When eating, I prefer a bit more light. Connor was our server and did an outstanding job with our group of 7. The kitchen was a bit slow getting the food out, but everything we had was fabulous. I think it really depends on what you order as several people at my table didn't enjoy their food. The food I recommend was the Bartleby salad, Snapper, and upside down pie. I would recommend giving Bartleby a try on a night out for dinner or drinks. It is not fine dining, but a cool environment."
