"Since Nine Lives has opened, we have donated countless items in mostly excellent shape. My husband just today took 2 large bags of childrens' clothing and barely used toys to donate. No one would as much as acknowledge him and he finally left the items on the counter and left. As he was leaving the clerk/attendant was sitting down reading a book and never made any attempt to acknowledge him. I have always felt that everything we have donated has been for a great cause. A simple thank you would have been appreciated."
