"Signed my son up to play ball in January for this spring. Never heard from anyone about the season. I have called numerous times and have never returned any of my messages I have left. Now leaving messages about a refund and still can not get ahold of anyone. I have nothing good to say about heroes sports park."
"Was super hott but we had fun. Kinda sucked that the kids sessions was during the day in the heat and the adults was from 6pm to 9pm. We went Saturday and there was 4 ambulances and it was all for people multiple kids one mom over heating."
"Lots of fields and the concession has lots of food and drink options. Could use a few more bathrooms!! But overall like coming to this park!"
"The fields are great but they won't permit a cooler in so the team had to meet at the coaches truck for their Gatorade. These are 6 and 7 year olds and the parking lot isn't very safe for them . The coaches should be permitted to bring drinks for their team members and coaches only. spectators should have to use the concession stand but not players and coaches."
"The concession stand is the highlight of this park. It offers, not just covered seating, but also indoor seating as well. Add in beer on tap and bar type seating and it's a very nice place to hang out and watch baseball. They also offer two full sized batting cages."
