"If I could leave zero stars I would. Staff is rude and very unprofessional. Tried to close the store an hour early as far as closing the gates so people can't get in and out. Then said they close at 5pm when it was already after 5pm when I got there. We asked why they lied about closing time and then refused to check us out and screamed at us and across the store. Closing gates with people in there is a fire safety Hazzard. Debbie the manager was the rudest of them all. Never go."
"They employees as soon as we walked in we're screaming about let's just close now at 5pm. They close at 6pm. They locked us in to prevent customers from getting in. Refused to check us out before they said they closed at 5:15pm. The staff was extremely rude."
"Went to this store & this is what the guy was doing. I didn’t get a hello! Welcome in! No NOTHING! In fact! He spoke to nobody. People are so into their phones, giving great customer service is DEAD! I bet I won’t go BACK! Someone needs to train these ppl about customer service. SMH"
"Bought some shoes on sale in this store, turns out they were not on sale. It had a sticker with the price and everything but according to the manager they were not on sale and refused to give us the lower price. I had bought shoes in this store in Grove city and no complaints. It is shame they don't provide a good service in these cases."
