"This store doesn’t even deserve 1 star. My husband and I walked in on 12/7/23 to purchase a bag for my birthday in January. We were told they didn’t have the bag in the store, but I would would have it delivered to my home by my birthday. My husband put the $2;397 on a credit card that night. I received two documents in my email immediately, the receipt and the order information. On 1/10/24, I contacted LV customer service about this purchase because I hadn’t received the bag or any communication about the status of my order. I was told that the Charlotte store was contacted on 12/14/23 about fulfilling my order, but the order was rejected by the story. The woman from customer service told me the order was cancelled, and the money was refunded to my husband’s card at that time. That was not true. No money was refunded to my husband’s card ever. The Easton store manager told me, “there is a glitch in the system”. Do better, Louis Vuitton. Walmart has better customer service than this store does. How is a $2,397 order cancelled and the customer not notified by anyone and money not refunded? I shouldn’t have had to investigate this like I did."
