"For sure my go to theater it's always clean and the staff is friendly. The only issue I have is sometimes the seats are broken and don't want to sit as comfortably."
"The workers are and almost everything is wonderful but the seats are just horrible. They lean back quite a bit when you sit down on them and the feet don’t recline which puts so much pressure on your lower back. It also leaves very limited body movement which is so uncomfortable when you sit there for a couple hours. Quite surprising considering how nice and new everything feels here! Hopefully they change their seats soon because I will have to start going to the Hudson location."
"I cannot say enough nice things about this theater and it’s fantastic management and employees. We have been going here at least since 2020, and it is my favorite theater in the area. It is always clean and well kept. The staff are super friendly and helpful. I have never had a bad experience here. Their XD theater is fantastic. If you are looking for a movie theater in the Cuyahoga Falls/Akron area, definitely check this theater out!!"
"We attended as a group of 10 on an early Saturday morning. Kudos to the concession stand alone for dealing with our order with grace and speed along with a better way to carry the mountain of snacks ready to be consumed! The theater is well maintained and seats are comfortable. We didn't have recliners, but decent roomy seats that allowed a great experience. The sound system was good and very few attendees in the theater with us. It's a great place to enjoy a show in comfort."
"First time I've been to this location. It is a fold up then the Canton Cinemark XD location, Opportunity knocking when I received an email last week which setup to finally see TOP GUN MAVERICK, long awaited sequel to the first one. I purchased my ticket, food and drink online. I picked up the ticket at the Box Office and skipped the line for my food and drink at guest service cart ready for me and went to the line then theater one and seat N1. I enjoyed the movie very much. *10/21/2022* Went to see Black Adam I will say I enjoyed it very much and won't give out any more details. You'll have to see it for self to really appreciate the movie. One of the great benefits of having the Cinemark App I can buy my ticket and food ahead of time so it will be ready when I arrive at the Theater."
