Consequently, it sent my item to this location, and they tell me they can cancel but I wouldn't get money back on my card without coming in. Whole point is this is not at all close to where I live! Beware when ordering anything online through Home Depot. I guess they want to keep the money AND the item. Stupid!"

"The paint department here is what makes this 4/5 instead of 2/5. They know their stuff. As for the rest of the store, they’re a victim of geography. Steelyard Commons is such a high theft area that what you’re looking for will either be locked in a cage or out of stock despite what the website says. Also it’s annoying that they can’t have a tool/equipment rental at this location because of environmental concerns… Completely ridiculous since it’s literally built on the ashes of a blast furnace! I visit this Home Depot out of necessity, but will usually go to another location…"
"As far as Home Depots go this one is the most hit and miss if they have what you need. Customer service used to be real bad, but it has gotten better over the last year or so, but still their inventory is the worst of all the Home Depots I go to. And I go alot!"
