"They've somehow managed to make their prices higher than Ebay. 8 dollars a season for DVDs and 3 for individual movies. I can go shop at Half Price Books and find most DVD seasons for cheaper or comparable prices and they're organized and easy to find. I only pop in here from time to time because there really isn't anywhere good to thrift on this side of town but, at this point, I wouldn't even consider this a thrift store. It's sort of like a regular retail store but with more headache."

"I went to this Goodwill today to buy books for my classroom. I am a first year teacher and so excited to start this journey. I was thrilled when I saw the abundant variety of books so I got a lot since my room is bare. I grabbed some and headed to the checkout. There was no pricing listed so I had to wait to ask once I got to the register. The cashier was not friendly, but I can understand that as having worked in retail many years. My friend and I were separating the hard back books from the soft back since they were priced differently. As we were putting them in their respective piles, I saw a few that I didn’t want and put them in their own pile. Granted, this didn’t take long. Maybe two-three mins. The cashier was rude and dismissive. I told her I was sorry for the anoint but I’m a first year teacher, blah blah blah. She couldn’t have given a lick of care less than she did. I made sure there was no one behind me in line. There was another register or two open as well so that I wouldn’t inconvenience anyone because I know Peoples time is precious. This man from be hind me comes in line as I am loading my things onto the register. He gets irritated as I mentioned previously, I am buying a bulk amount of books and loudly sets his one item down and tells “I thought we made decisions before we checked out. “ I was baffled. I am a young women and was immediately shocked. Having a middle aged man yelling at me was not on my agenda. I told him I apologize but I’m trying to provide for my student. It was a very horrible experience. The cashier, other employees, customers- said nothing. This man verbally assaulted me in front of many people. The cashier did nothing to help resolve this issue. I had forgot my credit card so I placed my phone on the credit card machine to pay. I was flustered and wanting to escape this situation as quickly as I could. The cashier then decided to belittle me and tell me it’s not ready and I shouldn’t have been doing that. Her tone was extremely disrespectful. I apologized for the whole situation. I am cool tempered. I understand these jobs are difficult. But, there is NO need to make someone feel stupid for doing what the store is open for:shopping. I’m sorry if working at Goodwill is annoying, or bad, or whatever. Don’t take it out on the customer. I was nothing but nice and respectful. I did NOT deserve this treatment. I will never be coming back to this store due to the lack of customer service and personality. Do not come to this store. They are rude and will not help you in any manner. I hope the chaser gets reprimanded. This is not okay to do to people."

"Prices there are absolutely ridiculous. They're basing their prices off what they find online. Is this Goodwill or is this eBay? I've gone to other goodwills where their items are half the price of what's sold at this Goodwill. They literally try to make a profit and rip you guys off. Don't go to this Goodwill, whoever's pricing stuff has no clue what they're doing. I've literally seen two of the same item with different price tags of like a $4 difference. Nothing's wrong with either one of them. It's just that's how it's priced. Goodwill is there to help people who can't afford to go to higher price stores. This Goodwill doesn't care or see it that way."

"I actually love the store, the staff, and the well organized selection. That being said, everything is priced too high. There is no thrift left in this thrift store. They were asking retail prices on some things. No wonder their selection is so large - no one is going to be buying things at these prices. If you want close to thrift store prices come on the 50% if days. I guess. Even then you'll probably over pay. Check my photos for some examples including a $300 sofa and $50 for a TV from 1998 lol I seriously hope someone higher up in GW reads this and implements a reality check."
