"When I was growing up in smalltowm Tenmesse we had a little local theatre that showed movies way past the premere date, and the seats weren't good, - but it was what we had you know? You just get use to it and you don't complaim and you move on with your lif Now I'm older and I live near Cinamark Western Hills and I'm greatful my children will grow up better than I did when it comes to. When they want to go see a new flick it sure is a nice place, good sound, reasonable ticket prices some nice chairs and some big ol screens you always hope your kids have it better than you do and now I know they will"

"Went to the cinema around 2 PM walked in it was very clean. Everything was very organized. The only reason why I give three stars is that I wish that they would redo their theater seating because the way that it’s laid out is just not comfortable."

"My fiance and little sister went today to watch Night Swim at 8:10. I drove an hour and a half away from my home in the 10° weather to come have a good time with my family and the lady at the front wouldn’t let us in because I didn’t have an ID. I had other legal documents and hospital papers on hand etc… I sure wouldn’t be able to ruin a family’s night because one of the 3 (that was very obviously over 18) couldn’t present an ID. We’ll never be back, and this place should really consider their staff."

"The theater seats were comfortable and the audio and video created a great movie experience. The theater room where we watched the movie was clean. The person who rang up and provided our popcorn and drinks was polite. I’m rating a 2 star because of the condition of the lobby and women’s restrooms. One picture is 30 minutes before our movie. In addition to the restrooms being covered in dirty paper towels, the stalls had toilet paper littering the floor and most of the sanitary napkin receptacles were knocked onto the floor, and counters were covered in water. The lobby floor was scattered with popcorn, the tables were dirty with trash and spilled drinks & popcorn, the video games had grime and most were out of order. I reported the need for cleaning before stepping into the movie. The other two pictures were after the movie, nearly 2.5 hours after I notified someone of the need to clean the restrooms. I won’t be back. Updating after owner response: I’m disappointed that all negative reviews are met with the exact word for word copy & pasted response. My review & photos should be enough to correct the problem. This along with asking the customer to call in addition to the already transpired face to face conversation (that resulted in zero action to correct the issue) with on site management and a detailed review shows how little the owners actually care. Yet another reason I’ll never return."
