"I went to this location today for a replacement PlayStation 4 controller, they were well overpriced 64.99 after tax that’s about 70 bucks. I get devices and controllers can be pricey but this console was released in 2013. I asked the associate why were they so high and he said arrogantly because they don’t make anymore, so they’re going to keep going up in price then? I asked about third party controllers he quickly said no, I didn’t ask anymore questions. Next I looked at the ps4 game prices they were all marked up higher than they are online. I walked out of the store empty handed and didn’t hear a well thanks for coming in or nothing. Overall I don’t recommend GameStop for games or controllers. Best bet is to go online for cheaper games and cheaper controllers."

"Just so I understand, you charge for an additional "warranty" that allows someone to bring a broken controller back in within a specified period of time to exchange for a new one if it's broken/degraded, but then when that happens you say "well, we changed our warranty". That's called illegal! If you take money for something then you honor it, and if you have to change your policy based on people taking advantage of it, then you honor those left under the original policy or give a refund."
"Just stopped in trying to buy 2 Nintendo switches. Costumer service was poor. Worker asked up if we needed any help. Told him what we were looking for and he never even offered to unlock the case. After standing there as the only costumer in the store he walked to the back of the store. Do not recommend. No help"
