"UPDATE: No, really. If you can go ANYWHERE else, please do so. I keep (stupidly) giving this place a chance, and they ALWAYS fumble the ball. Recently: Did the "save your spot" thing online, only to arrive and wait for TWO HOURS in an exam room before leaving. Even without being seen, guess what? THEY BILLED ME. And the most recent? My child went in, presenting with a whole host of symptoms. Given the time of year, you would think they would at least do the flu/covid swab, yes? NOPE! She said strep. Of which the rapid test came back negative. This virus is now making its way thru my home, and we still don't know what it is. I will be filing a formal complaint on this one. All this to say, there are 3 other urgent care options in Huber. PLEASE use one of those. Avoid this awful place. ---- What's the point of checking in online/the check-in kiosk, if you're just going to get hassled by registration when you walk in? I reserved the time for my child, and yet a child who came in AFTER my child (who didn't check in online, btw) was seen first because she didn't get hassled by her registration rep. Next time, I WILL use the kiosk. I don't care if the lady with the pink glasses is a "team lead" for registration. As many times as I'm in this building, you all already HAVE the information needed to treat my children and bill our insurance. Ridiculous. I can't WAIT for the survey."

"Nothing impressive, unfortunately. Did incorrect testing after the primary concern came back negative - on Monday the pediatrician said "you never test for that until the kid's been sick a week!" Didn't have capacity to give IV fluids to a kid who'd vomited 13 times. Should've just gone to the ER. Gonna be a bomb of a bill, all for naught. :-|"

"To my surprise we were in and out on a Wednesday evening. About 45mins total. Courtney, NP, didn’t rush us out, though. Very thorough, informative and gave my daughter a popsicle and stickers."

"I went to urgent care on November 13th at 6:15. I was informed that they could not see my daughter because they had seen their maximum amount of patients. They close at 9. They directed me to emergency care in Dayton. It is not a medical emergency. However, daughter needs fluids. She has a fever of 103 and has a terrible cough. My daughter has not peed in 12 hours and is dehydrated. I am so frustrated as now we will have an extremely high bill with the E.R. Through no fault of our own, we went to the appropriate office and were turned away to go to a E.R. This is ridiculous. What is the point of having an urgent care if we won’t be seen three hours before close? What a waste."

"I’m not one to get on here and call anyone out . At the end of the day you’re trying to do your job but the way they handled my daughter was outrageous . Took her in for sickness and it took them 5 nurses and 5 times before they could get a catheter in her and didn’t even get an accurate sample in my opinion bc it didn’t even reach the urine cup , just decided to use the little bit of urine that was in the tube to diagnose . Didn’t prescribe me anything for her at all and sent us home with “use aquafor and Destin cream on her”. 2 weeks later , she’s still having these problems . Never again ."
