"The manager is very rude. She is always outside smoking some stinkin old cigarettes. They never open their doors on time they are supposed to open at 9 a.m. it is now 9:16 a.m. There is a crowd of people outside and the doors are just not opening. I tried calling them to ask if they are going to open their doors and wouldn't you know they cant even answer the phone. This is by far the worst location around here. Someone finally answered the phone but didn't say anything and hung up. People are starting to leave now getting tired of waiting. Employee just got here at 9:17 went in and locked the door back."
"I went February 1st 2023 and the manager that was there was literally embarrassing a employee at the register. I'm sorry that is totally disrespectful. I feel so bad for that employee. That manager needs to be fired. The manager is really disrespectful. I truly hope the manager gets embarrassed ten fold"
"This dollar tree is the most organized dollar tree I have ever stepped foot in, I have never ever seen a dollar tree so categorized and clean. The manager keeps this store beautiful! Absolutely beautiful. I don’t want to go to any other dollar tree and I will travel to just come to this one! Your manager kick aaasaasss!"
"Absolutely love this store!! Always have what I go in there looking for, for the most part, so no complaints. The staff is always really nice and always will help if I ask for help finding something. Highly recommended!! Would of gave 5 stars if it was a lot of cleaner though."
"Had the worst experience today with a cashier. Instead of a cart I had a basket and set it on the belt. She says, oh you'll have to dump all that out. So, I start taking the stuff out no problem. Or so I thought. She started saying I was disrespectful and throwing stuff at her. Say what? Wasn't even thinking about that, just dumping each item onto the belt as she asserted. I asked for the Mgr and her response was to open a new lane and tell her to go on break. Cashier kept ringing people, and was rude to the next customer who didn't hear her total and god forbid asked her to repeat. She did, with a visible attitude. Her Mgr picked up on it too as I noticed. Will not be going to that one anymore. Every other dollar tree I've been to has great customer service, but the new one needs to train their employees in what is respect and what is not."
