"Stopped in the other day to pick up some belt supplies. I like shopping local so I made a half hour trip to the store. I was looking around as were another couple of people. The worker, I believe her name started with a J, short hair and tattoo on her right forearm, was stocking. She cut through us all and said excuse me, very demanding and rudely. I didn’t think anything of it and went on shopping. I picked my stuff and went to the counter and waited. The same girl came to the counter to ring me up. She asked if I was on the email chain, I said no but I would like to be. She was putting my information in the computer, no big deal. I gave her my name and spelled it for her to make it easy, she shook her head and huffed. Asked for my street name and again I spelled it because it was an uncommon spelling. Again she shook her head and huffed. I was taken aback at her attitude and actions so I told her to keep the stuff and left. I was happy to be buying supplies at a local store even at a higher cost to me than online. I was definitely let down and disappointed at how I was treated. I understand people might have bad days but this didn’t seem to be a bad day. I felt as if I was just a bother in her store. Definitely wouldn’t recommend the store to anyone, if this is representative of how customers are treated."

"Stopped in the other day for some leather and the young lady (Joni?) couldn't be bothered with helping me. I asked for some help and she huffed, glared at me with a cold look in her eyes like she was about to snap. Not sure why because it wasn't busy, only two other customers in the store. I will say that the young man at the register was very nice. I've been shopping here for many years but after this last visit I will probably do the majority of my shopping online with Weaver Leather Supply, Horween and Springfield. Very disappointed......"
