"This place was just awarded $350,000 for an expansion project through house bill 687 but cannot break a 5 dollar bill for my son to get a granola bar when the change machine was broken. As well has some ODH life safety concerns such as mold in the showers, lights need replaced, filthy sprinkler head bulbs... Not what it used to be a decade ago, maintenance and cleanlineness have gone down hill"
"I used to think that the rec center was for families, namely children. With the pool closed for resurfacing, it has become abundantly clear that this rec center is not interested in serving families. I unfortunately renewed our membership in March of 2023, not knowing that pool renovations were going to be taking place in the summer of 2023. It's the end of October 2023 and resurfacing of the leisure pool has no end in sight. With 10+ gyms local to Medina, why would anyone think that focusing on gym memberships is a sound business proposition?"
"I came with a friend on a Friday! My 4 year old twins had a blast!!!! I love this child friendly swimming area ! It is so cool!! Every lifeguard was kind and extremely attentive. We are definitely coming back. We had such a great time! Facility is clean and extremely kid friendly!"
