"The playground is decent, but it floods and gets soggy and muddy easily. It does have a nice pavilion with picnic tables right by the playground, so it's a good spot to sit and watch the kids on the playground, and have a packed lunch. The field by the stream is great! Great for picnics, playing tag, throwing a ball, climbing trees, etc. There are nice shade trees there, and plenty of space for little kids to run around. The stream is amazing to play in! Splash rocks, stack rocks... throw rocks at the stacked rocks. Explore the banks. Climb on the bank rocks. It's a place where a child's imagination can thrive! The bike path here is also great for kids. Two miles long in total. It's a bit hilly in places. It also leads to another playground (Sam Masi Park) about a 10 minute walk on the bike path across the street from Roscoe Park. THAT playground is rubber and doesn't get muddy or flooded."

"Very nice park with a small stream running thru it. Walked there for the first time and really enjoyed it. It is kept very nice. There is also frisbee golf there for anyone interested in that."
