"Terrible place to bring kids. Owners and workers talk about people hiding in their office with door open. had attitude, yelling and arguing with adults when kids are present. Very unprofessional. Wouldn’t recommend. Can’t bring your own pizza in the facility after spending 400$ plus on kids to jump but they can order pizza for you. And it’s takes hours for it to get here. The pizza I ordered for these hungry kids came before the pizza they ordered for us. Basically asked us to leave because they had a sign that is covered up saying you can’t bring in food. Won’t be back."

"I just had my son’s 2nd birthday party here. Overall I will say we had a good time. After the party was over I went up front to pay my dues. The “manager” was disgusting. He literally yelled at me after I already paid because I had questions in regards to the overall total. He was negligent in explaining to me cost and completely embarrassed me by yelling at the top of his lungs “As if I wasn’t going to pay after I already handed him the cash”. Then had the nerve to say that’s how he spoke to everyone. He had a very unprofessional demeanor. Looked like he could care less about his presentation of the company. I had zero issues until I had to work with him. Don’t work in customer service if you can’t explain a simple break down of what’s what. I will advise people to find other indoor activities before choosing to pay money here. I’m 32 years old and he yelled at me like I was some little kid. It made me feel undermined and was completely disrespectful! I will also be making further reviews on every platform I am able because of the level of disrespect that was shown to me. I was even holding my baby in my arms as he was yelling and it made my son start to scream back at him which in turn got me yelling back. Just disgusting behavior from a grown man who claimed to have been the manager."

"My family and I came on a Thursday early evening. Our group totaled about 9. It was super fast getting in, not overcrowded, and we used a Groupon that cut the price in half!! Considering buying the passes because the kids loved it so much!"

"I booked my son's birthday party here and honestly everything exceeded my expectations. The whole place is clean & spacious. I never had to worry for anyone's safety because the jump area is very open so i can always see where the kids are. Most importantly the staff are literally AMAZING! You guys are truly the nicest group of people! My party host Dionna was the sweetest person ever! I really appreciated all the help and support! 10/10 recommend!"

"Pretty pricey unless you have a monthly membership, or use Groupon. 18.00$ an hour per kid at the door plus socks. They're starting to remodel some of the areas but a few of the trampolines have small holes or snags in them which is concerning if you're an adult worried about falling through. Otherwise pretty fun and you're pretty tired after an hour."
