"The server was awesome but the food was not up to par, ,neither was the management , 45 minutes for an appetizer, 1.5 hr. for entrees, 30 minutes for desert. And the one at Avon Commons is no different just more rude."

"We went there for dinner late on a Sunday night. I ordered the impossible burger without cheese. My bf ordered the macaroni and cheese. My burger came out with cheese on it and my bfs meal was cold. We sent them back. The bartender laughed and told me the cook was eating the burger they screwed up on. Brought my bf hos Mac & cheese scalding hot. The bartender was apologetic in a very odd way. Kept trying to talk up the place but had nothing to show for it. Very weird experience. Do not recommend going here."

"We’ve ordered multiple times here and they never provide utensils for takeout or are somehow always out of them. Something is always forgotten, for example, the extra charge we pay for ranch and never get. Food is never hot, but somehow have to wait forever for the order to be put together. Ordered the barbecue chicken mac & cheese and received one tender along with 2 small nuggets. Just poorly put together and not a proper meal out together by other Applebee’s. On another visit, I had 3 employees watch me walk in and said nothing despite there never being a hostess at the station. I decided to walk up to the bar after waiting an embarrassing amount of time and asked where do you pick up take out orders? They have a station that’s not clear or visible for someone who’s never ordered takeout there. The bartender directed me to the area and there was no one there (shocker), and she didn’t bother to grab anyone to help. I stood there and watched as a girl slouched over the counter in the kitchen eating straight off of a plate that looked like she made herself to snack on. She just keeps talking and eating with her hands. After 5-10 minutes she realizes I am standing at her station and comes over to finally help me. I give her my information and she says that they are working on the order and they don’t have any plastic utensils again. She didn’t have a pen at her station so she grabs a big black sharpie marker for me to sign my name with. Just all around so unprofessional, unsanitary, and unorganized. And of course .. our food wasn’t fresh or hot !"

"Cody was our waiter last night for my fiance and I! He was super polite and caring! My biggest thing about going to restaurants right now is that I'm pregnant and the food not be hot enough and I get sick. Cody made sure my food was hot and fresh for me and I can not thank him enough. He definitely made my day!! You need more staff like him. He is super sweet and friendly and knows what he's doing!! Keep up the good work. I appreciate you more than you know!!"

"The service was quick and there wasn't a wait to get a table. The food was good and the waitress was great. Had a good time with my son and granddaughter"
