"I stopped here for the first time today right around 1030. I went through drive through and the lady on the intercom was friendly for a fast food joint. We exchanged greetings and I asked for what I wanted and she read it back with the total and a wonderful attitude. I arrived at the window payment was taken quickly and accurately. Food came out quickly, hot, fresh and correct. Overall, a great experience."

"It's always terrible when I go. Order never correct The food is old. They act as if I am interrupting their day. 4 times I've tried contacting someone over errors. Not gotten anything resolved because I can't get ahold of anyone. I go out of my way to another location or skip all together. Dairy Queen is way better."

"Went inside, there were no "Closed" signs or indications the counter was closed. After a lengthy wait, we were told there was no one to take our order and we had to order from the Kiosk. We went to the Kiosk and it said they were on break (see picture). Went back to counter and was told that they were closed except for Drive Thru. Managers appearance matched her attitude. So did the restroom (See picture). For others with the same complaint, I encourage you to contact the health department about this location."

"This Wendy’s is horrible. The management to the crew members are rude and lacking customer service skills. I’ve ordered food here multiple times and multiple times they have missed things on my order and given me old food. Today was the worst. I was given 2 double stacks on hard bread. To top it off the burgers had to have been sitting for hours. They were hard and some pieces weren’t even edible."

"I've eaten at Wendy's restaurants from coast to coast and this was THE dirtiest. The dining room was filthy. Cheese slices on the floor, the area around the drinks was disgusting. A pile of trash on one table, all tables dirty. A Tim Hortons restaurant shares the dining area and on that side all tables were clean. The iced teas were made wrong, more like a light brown water. My fries were limp and barely warm. My sandwich looked like it was just thrown together. Both restrooms were in bad shape. The cashier was friendly, but somehow our food order was wrong. She fixed it. And here's the kicker. A stray cat was walking across the parking lot and all the female employees ran outside to see it. The one male employee stayed at his post. When they came running inside, they nearly ran me over as I exited the restroom. Where was the manager? This situation was not because they were short on help. They had plenty and they weren't very busy."
