"If you need to be somewhere and are picking up your order on the way...expect to be late. I eat here a LOT and I've just had enough. Today i placed an order online at 5pm, and was given a pickup time of 5:20. Order wasnt ready until 5:44pm. You can sit there for 10 minutes without anybody even acknowledging you're there too. Orders are NEVER on time. Doesn't matter if you order hours or even days in advance. When they say it will be 20 minutes, count on it being 45. Also count on paying for your order first and them coming back to tell you they just now started making it. Don't have time to wait and want a refund? Sorry, no refunds. ALWAYS make sure your order is ready before you pay...otherwise count on you and your money being held hostage for another 20 minutes. Better yet, just don't eat here. I know I won't be back."
"Staff was great, worked well together under pressure of a long line of customers ! There are a few pizza places on the same street and they are the only ones with a line! This says a lot! Pizza was great, and well worth the wait and money! Manager was very caring and answered my questions."

"Best value pizza in Columbus. Excellent barbeque chicken pizza and the zesty pepperoni is always a hit. Service has been slower more recently but they're always looking for more staff (like everywhere else). I also appreciate that they have 3 crust varieties. We're partial to the NY style, but hand tossed has good chew and the St Louis style has great crunch. Can't beat the price."
"Great doudle pepperoni pizza and double meat subs. Subs were loaded with meat and veggies. Pizza had plenty of pepperoni and the crust was hand tossed but wasn't too thin. They both were delicious and fresh."
