"Right when you enter the restaurant, the atmosphere is welcoming, the staff is helpful and polite, and the food smells amazing! Everything I ordered was fresh, hot, and delicious. You can tell that the Chef (Daryl) takes what he does very seriously and genuinely cares about the satisfaction of each customer. 10/10 would recommened!"
"I came here a while back and the noodles were over cooked and always seemed under staffed. I thought I would try it again and it was delicious!! All of the staff seemed to be in a good mood and it looked like the restaurant had been cleaned really good. I will definitely be back again at this location.I also noticed a new name on the door, Daryl Ard. So if Daryl Ard is responsible for the changes, way to go Daryl! You now have a repeat customer. There is a big difference in the taste of the food and to see young adults working together is awesome! Customer service was excellent and quick. And again the food had great flavor."
"Hate leaving a review like this as it can harm patronage however the public should be warned. Ordered the Calamari and Basil Pesto Pasta, had it delivered by Doordash, it was Thursday evening, I ate the calamari and kept the pasta for the next day, later that evening I became extremely sick, its now Monday and I'm still sick. immodium barely helps. It took 11 days before I started to feel better. Never ever again would I order from here. Thinking I should report my incident to the CDC."
"We love Piada, the only issue at this location is the on and off customer service. Our last visit was on the low end. No pepperoni rolls were made and we asked for some we were told there weren't any. No where near closing time so why she couldn't make a few was beyond me. Hopefully next time is better."
