"I stayed at the motel across the street from the Grove City location. Even though I already ate, I had to try here. The pepperoni pizza was over good. The crust is thin, really thin, but not tough. And the pepperoni is spicy, a nice surprise. The only issue I had was ordering the streusel dessert pizza. The icing was not included. A simple, easy to avoid QC prior to handling box over would prevent this. Fortunately I was across the street and had to go back."
"Short staffed with only one waitress in the entire place and she was killin it. We had a party of 17 and she didn’t hesitate to still give us the best service ever. I wish I remembered her name. On top of that the food was amazing."
"Delivered order through Doordash even though I called in. Was over 30 minutes late, cold, and when I called to address the issue they didn’t apologize and told me I was SOL unless I contacted Doordash… for food I directly paid Pizza Cottage for. Might be okay to walk in but DO NOT DO DELIVERY, THEY DO NOT TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY"
"Like all other businesses they are short handed. However we had no delay or issues with service. Our server came up from Lancaster to help out and drives over 50+ miles to work here. We definitely appreciate and love their pizza. One of my old time favorites!"
"Decided to check the Pizza Cottage out today. Not very many people there. We ordered a medium 1/2 pepperoni/mushroom and 1/2 peppers/mushrooms. Also got a garlic cheese bread. The garlic cheese bread was pretty good, plenty of cheese on top. The star of it was the dipping sauce, had crushed tomatoes with a nice spice in it. The pizza was a little too thin for me, a good amount of cheese which could have been cooked just a little longer, good amount of mushrooms, the pepperoni they are using had very little flavor to it. It curled up like Ezzo’s but no taste. On to service which was totally lacking. Not a whole lot of people in the place but the servers were all out of site the majority of the time. Our server Justice went missing after delivering the check, another server went by us a number of times and finally asked where our server was. She finally tracked her down so we could pay our bill. Also be aware they have a supply chain surcharge they add to your bill."
