"Valentine day chef table was a terrible experience. It was not as advertised. It was a half of a lobster tail no stuffed crab meat. The steak was not as ordered. Also sides were missing manager said they ran out. The cheesey mash potatoes were plain and plate looked premade. I would like to address with management. Flat champagne but was replaced when I advised server. Small discount take. Off it was really bad. Never again. Spoiled our late Valentine's Day dinner not worth the price"
"The parking lot and facilities are clean. However, my experience was the tobacco smoke was overwhelming! I began to smell the intense odor of burnt tobacco as I walked in the front door. My party and I didn't stay as long as we planned, because the smell of burnt tobacco was too much. Our evening was cut short. Simply put it was overwhelming and gross. We have no plans of returning because of the smell. The next morning our clothes smelled of burnt tobacco. Gross. Next stop...the dry cleaners."
"If you like more of the old school real reel slots. Then this place is for you. Not only is it huge , its beautiful. A wide number of machines and tables to try your luck or to just unwind and relax for a bit. Ive always enjoyed coming here."
"It was pretty awesome to spend the night in the parking lot at Belterra. Some casinos allow overnight parking for RVs and I was really pleased that they were cool with it. I did take a walk through the slot machine gaming floor. Clean, organized, no smell of smoke that I noticed but I just don't feel the pull that I need to play. It's not my thing. But I did at least walk around in case I did."
