"I had an incredible wedding day at The Sanctuary in May 2023 and I am so happy I chose to have my wedding there. It is such a beautiful space and my husband and I received so many compliments about the venue from our wedding guests. The staff at The Sanctuary were very easy to communicate with and ensured that our special day ran smoothly. Bonus is that the venue is a nonprofit and supports the Lower Price Hill community. Before we stumbled across The Sanctuary, we didn't know that there were wedding venues that were nonprofits! Since the venue allowed us to do DIY, we truly had the wedding of our dreams. We were able to have an ice cream truck, the exact food we wanted, and the drink menu of our dreams. Many other venues don't allow you to do that!"

"I cannot say enough positive things about The Sanctuary. We had our wedding at The Sanctuary in October 2022, and I couldn’t imagine choosing a different venue! It is truly a beautiful venue. The building is beautiful inside and out. The stained-glass windows made a great backdrop for many of our wedding pictures. It was great to be able to get ready, have the ceremony, and reception all in one place. Not only is the building beautiful looking but the staff is SUPER helpful. Raine was amazing! She was always responsive to our questions leading up to the wedding and was even more helpful during the rehearsal and wedding day. I really appreciated Raine’s advice and help. The DIY nature of this venue allowed us to have a unique wedding that really felt like it reflected us as a couple and may not have been possible at many other venues. Finally, we loved that The Sanctuary is a non-profit and loved being able to play a small role in helping support their mission."

"The Sanctuary was a BEAUTIFUL venue to host my daughter's wedding and reception! When you pay to rent The Sanctuary, your money goes to support Community Matters, providing crucial services for the Lower Price Hill community to build a grocery store, laundry facility, fitness center, and low income housing. We planned the wedding to be exactly what we wanted, choosing our own caterer, florist, beverage provider, etc. I hired a private security guard to escort our guests to their cars at the end of the night if they chose to have an escort ($200 for 4.5 hours). Tables and chairs were provided by The Sanctuary and we brought our own table decor. We had access to the venue from 9AM on the day of the wedding until midnight, and another 2 hours the next day to gather up our belongings. There is a commercial kitchen and 2 fantastic dressing suites---one for the ladies and one for the men. It was so fun having all the girls together for hair and makeup, getting ready for the big day! Raine and Kimmy helped us along in the planning as well as on the day of the wedding. They are incredibly kind and helpful....such a delight to work with! The Sanctuary is a beautiful and affordable hidden gem! Check it out for your next event!"
