Run Jump-n-Play

"Visited Run Jump-N-Play today and we're not in a hurry to return... -some of the play equipment had broken or missing pieces. One of the steering wheels on a playset nearly popped off and some of the ladder rungs were loose while kids were climbing up. -the slides were elevated, steep and fast without any sort of cushion at the bottom. My son was spooked after going down one of the slides and hitting the ground. -one of the toilets in the women's bathroom didn't feel securely fastened to the wall/floor and wobbled while it was being used. -there weren't any staff on the floor and they had signs posted everywhere with their policies that parents (I guess) needed to enforce. But there were so many signs and all with different things (especially around the toddler area) that there wasn't really a chance to read the signs while chasing kids. Some of the equipment didn't have a sign on it at all. -at one point a staff member did walk by and made creepy/uncomfortable comments to a little girl (she looked to be around 2 or 3 years old) by saying "you're going to be shy? All the girls are shy. Sucks to be 55 and single." It felt like the place needed some maintenance, a good cleaning and more hands on supervision from the staff with all their policies posted..."

"My family was here for an hour and a half, until close. We had 10 minutes until they close at 5 so I had to change my sons diaper before leaving, while I had my friend watch my daughter I was changing my son in the bathroom (it’s 4:58 by now) and I don’t even have coats on my children yet and they’re turning off all of the lights. Scaring my children because it’s dark. The employee was rude, had absolutely 0 patience for waiting to lock up and leave until all of the guests were out of the store. Makes me wonder how they even clean the store if their staff leaves right when they’re closed with no respect for the costumers getting their belongings together."

"This was my first time taking my grandson it's very nice the staff was very helpful and friendly I recomend this place to anyond with little ones we did miss out on the blow ups but we will be back on the weekend for that"

"Very nice people, clean very professional well mannered guest services. They come to check on the guest make sure they Are OK having a good time. My god children tried everything we were able to do obstacle course on the equipment. They played in the bounce houses in two different rooms, and they really had a blast. Really a great place for smaller toddlers, and children, ages 10 and under."

"Had my daughter’s birthday here. Kids had a blast. They have all sorts of play sets - from inflatables to wooden swing sets and slides. Staff is very friendly and super helpful and managed our big party size very well. Definitely recommend this place."
