"This was my second time here and this experience was much worse than the first time. Our food took about 45 minutes to come out and when it was coming out, our bay was ready so they told us our food would go there. The wrong food showed up, then we didn’t get our full order when it came. Then that food item didn’t come out correctly. But my main issue here was the rude and unhelpful staff. None of them could help fix the issue with the food order and they didn’t cater. Our waitress, Alexandria S could care less about anything. She wasn’t helpful at explaining any of the golfing to us and we figured everything out on our own. She would ask if we wanted drinks and then just walk away before we could all make a decision. She just wasn’t happy or pleasant the entire time. It’s very unfortunate that the staff here are this way. No one seemed happy or helpful at all. Zero stars to staff. Hopefully the one in Avon will be better! And I know I’m going to get an auto response to this review and a top golf link sent to me in the response. It’s pathetic that you don’t even have a manager that is willing to address these issues. All I can say is thankfully we had a gift card to use, because I would’ve been very upset spending as much money as we did for the service we got."

"I took my 9 year old here for my birthday today and it was a wonderful experience. Customer service was A1 and the individuals next to us were fun and supportive. I think my son enjoys my birthdays more than I do! Lol"

"Fun place but it’s in need of update. We have a lot of fun when we go there but it’s starting to get dirty, there is bird poop everywhere. And not just fresh bird poop, but bird poop that has clearly been there for quite some time that nobody cleans up. The couches are grimy, worn out and dirty. You almost don’t want sit on them. You constantly have to go to the machine and fix scores if you’re playing one of the games. Even the screen will show the ball going into one of the targets but won’t register the score, and it is very slow to register anything once your ball goes into a target. It’s a fun place but for the amount of money that you spend when you’re there for food, drinks, and to rent the booth, it definitely needs some cleaning and updating. As far as food goes it’s not cheap, however the quality does not reflect pricing. It comes out cold, and it was clear it sits around before it comes out by the amount of film that formed on the queso and the dips as well as being luke warm at best. I get it’s not an upscale restaurant, but you’d at least expect fresh quality food for the pricing. The place was really great but seems to be falling off in regard to quality of product and maybe pride of ownership."

"The user interface for setting up new players lacks clarity regarding the process. The upfront pricing information was not provided clearly, which was somewhat disappointing. Additionally, being charged for each player was unexpected. There was a prolonged wait for both food and drinks, and it was necessary to inquire twice about the status of our order. If it weren't for the long drive and the occasion of celebrating a new job opportunity, we would have left the establishment earlier."

"The first time did not disappoint. I took my 3 boys to play, all of us loved it. Games are fun. The food was great, the server was amazing. We'll definitely try to come back. One thing is though, I wish they had an option to modify your reservation on the last day. We wanted to bump it up and hour, but they don't modify anything on the last day."
