"Went to Longhorn for lunch, and we were seated immediately. Our server, Terra, had great customer service and explained everything to us about the menu We receive our food like she said, and most of our food order was good, the part that wasn't she corrected immediately. The situation had to be corrected by the kitchen. Overall itwasa great lunch"

"Ordered the grilled chicken salad with strawberries and pecans. The chicken was not cooked all the way and the strawberry and pecan toppings were minimal. I sent it back and it looked like on my salad that I received pieces parts of chicken not a new piece of chicken breast cooked on the grill. The waitress was very attentive and did a great job."

"Second time at the same location. Everyone enjoyed their dinner. Some very tasty appetizers, the shrimp was good, the fried onion was very tasty. I thought my French soup had a lot of cheese, which made it a bit greasy but still tasted good. Steaks were tender and very delicious. The atmosphere is nice, but we didn't enjoy the dim lights so much.The service was great. I would recommend."

"When you walk in it smells like someone used the bathroom mop on the bar floor too. And when I was seated my waitress was unpleasant. I was so glad to leave. Forbid you ask for your waitress to wait on your table and you ask them get you something. We had to flag her down just to get a refill on a drink, asked for napkins, fork, lemons on the side for my drink, questions about items on the menu, she clearly didn’t like her job as a waitress because the questions and requests were basic waitress duties. If don’t like you job quit you’re making the customers have a bad experience. And top off our experience when she finally bought the refill drink to our table my family member already finished their meal. She was so bad I had to get up get my utensils myself, when trying to eat my dessert. Now besides the horrible waitress, the food was capital GOOD !!!!! The Cook in the kitchen is what is keeping the customers coming in and parking lot full!!!! And I saw them trying to keep the dinning area clean by vacuuming the floor with cordless vac and cleaning off the tables right away after a customer left and it was noticed and appreciated too."

"I ordered the rib steak with baked potatoe(no potatoe), the steak was one of the worst I have had in a while. The meat was full of grizzle (hard to cut), very very fatty, I was lucky to eat 1/3 of it, my dogs really liked the rest though! I was very disappointed! I will not order from here again, Applebee's is better. The Brussel sprouts were tasty and I did pay extra for them."
