"Kiosks frequently malfunction and no one is willing to help customers out. The kiosk my family used allowed my wife to customize a burger but no one else on that order so I ended up just ordering chicken nuggets. I needed a receipt but the kiosk did not print one, I waited at the counter and a tall gentleman told me he could not do it from there and walked away. One of the their workers yelled from the area they assembled the orders that they were out of orange juice and asked if I would accept something else but then also walked away without giving me any options. The person that used the kiosk after me wasnt able to add chicken nuggets and was also in line waiting for help. They assembled the burgers and nuggets and left them on the tray while waiting for fries to be done so we ended up with only the fries being warm. The employees were yelling back and forth and seemingly in chaos. I eventually received a "receipt" but it was a new order rung out with a meal discount to make it a $0 balance, which effectiveltly made it worthless as a receipt. It was a very frustrating experience and I will not return to this location."

"Very classic looking McDonalds! The employees are always cleaning and wiping down tables. In my opinion this McDonalds is the best in the Cleveland area. The service here is fantastic! Highly recommended"
