"If you enjoy waiting months for glasses this is the place for you. Was told 7 days and it's been excuse after excuse since. First it was the lab then lost in the mail several times. The Dr that did my exam was in a major hurry and I don't even know if my script will be right when (if) I do get them. She flew between slides saying "this or this" when I had no time to see either clear enough. She seemed annoyed when asked multiple times to slow down. Just an all around terrible experience."
"Broke my glasses and i could find the right frames . So they took the time to shave my glasses down with a spare they had in the back so i could see. Best service i’ve ever had !!!"
"Had an eye exam last year, told the Dr that the prescription ft wrong as I could not see. I was told to wait 2 weeks I waited q month and they re-examined my eyes. Told me in short that I was wrong and it was the correct prescription. Could not afford to get a second opinion from a different place and insurance would not cover another exam for the yeR so I waited until now and went to a different place. My prescription I was given from here was completely wrong and I urge you to never ever use this location."
"Nice people, but poor quality eye wear. Their “scratch resistant” poly carbonate lens are not very scratch resistant. You can buy a warranty, but it’s only good once in a year. Both pair received scratches within weeks, whereas my other pairs over the past 15 years have gone without scratches."
