"I was asked to remove my last review. However, due to my online conversation with one of the store associates my review is still the same and I will not be changing it. If that conversation would have went a bit differently than I would have raised the review. I do not recommend the Symbol Brand of mattress and have decided to not purchase that brand again. Unfortunately, I have to keep the boxsprings so I may be posting those for sale since I prefer a matching set and want the best results from the warranty of the new brand of mattress that I have purchased."

"Went in to showroom and laid on a mattress and ordered it in king got it delivered about 3 weeks later. We put a bed bag on it and a mattress pad. It doesn’t even look like the same mattress. To lay on it it felt like one I would get at Walmart. The mattress does not feel or look the same as the one in the showroom. I called to try and get it resolved but the lady that answered the phone says 72 hrs is all I have. Oh well 1667.68 dollars (fixed income so can’t run out and buy another bed) later a mattress that gives us both back aches. We are senior citizens and can’t use the dang mattress. 30 nights sleep does not apply here. Still no call back and the lady said she would have Shelly call me. Still waiting…."
