"When I tried to move a phone that I paid for in full at Best Buy, Verizon locked it and refused to unlock it for over 5 days while they "investigated" the problem. Never buy a phone with a sim card from Verizon. Buy an unlocked phone and then add the sim card. You will have a much easier time. I left Verizon for Xfinity mobile because Verizon has tacked on so many "fees" and expensive charges that I could not afford them. I got a better plan with Xfinity Mobile with better data rates."

"Came in wanting to switch phone plans. Waited an hr for our turn. The lady said she could call the number for us to talk to someone to do that but she couldn't help us since they dont so that in store. Had someone asked when we first got there what we needed help with we wouldn't have waisted an HR of our time. In the future you should put a reason for the visit when checking people in."
