"A close friend recently had a pair of glasses made by Suzanne L Leach Od. Fitment was not done effectively before the glasses were sent out to be made. Once back the glasses did not fit properly and after making a trip back for adjustment they were worse than before. As per the photos!! The adjustment shows how difficult these are to wear and be comfortable. No one wants to wear glasses that look like this or feel like this. Her ears hurt from how they are bent around the ears. In turn the bridge of her nose hurts from the pressure of being pulled down so tight. This is NOT satisfactory! The glasses should be replaced and the the length from the front of the glasses to the ear should be measured for fitment. She brought an existing pair of glasses with her to the store for size and fit, as an example. It was suggested she purchase a second pair for another $250.00. Hmmm! Maybe replace the current pair, offer a greater range of frame choices, focus on customer care and satisfaction, and offer more than the purchase of a second pair at half off. Maybe put a new prescription in the frames brought as the example!! I can tell you that my friend feels like she has not been heard and no attempt has really been made to fix the problem."

"Highly recommend! Everyone was very honest, to the point and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time! The staff is very friendly and explains all of prices, what insurance would and wouldn't cover along with different packages for frames!"

"I'm writing because my wife is to nice of a person,..but she is fed-up as well. This is the worst run eyecare business I have ever seen or heard of. First thing is,...today is 9/27 and my wife's initial appt was in Feb...yes February!! My wife just needs 1 contact, but you can't explain that to them. If you want a Colette runaround with nothing accplished,..then go to this Mickey Mouse setup."

"I was seen today (4/30/2021) . I informed staff up front that I would be self pay, no insurance, and that cost of exam was an important factor. I was told the exam would be "around" $150. At checkout, I was reassured that my price had been discounted, they had not charged for "extra services" , so imagine my surprise at the bill being $209! Every inaccuracy I was quoted was blamed on "that person is out today" (cited about THREE different people). And even so, I didn't even receive the exam I had requested for contact lens! This left me without even enough to pay for glasses! This office WILL lie to you to secure your business."

"Excellent care by the staff and Dr. Leach. Very thorough exam using state of the art equipment as well as a detailed exam by Dr. Leach. At the end of the exam all the results were covered in detail. I left with a complete understanding of why my vision had changed rather suddenly. I was also given a wide variety of frames to choose from as well as my contacts. You will be seen as a person and not a number like some of the big box stores. I highly recommend their services."
