"No problem with doctor but the office/scheduling staff unsure of how to do their job. Accepted my son as a new patient, verified his insurance and scheduled him for appointment. Then when he got to the appointment told him that his insurance was out of network and he would be responsible for the charges including blood work that was done during the visit. All this after he gave all his info, including insurance info to scheduling staff over the phone."
"Warning DO NOT GO HERE!!! If you need any documentation filled even during your doctor’s apt good luck. They never return calls/messages since they never answer the phone. Nurse practitioners have no clue how to do their job."
"If you have both parents testing negative for COVID, they both should be allowed to go to the appointment with their toddler."
