"Had to visit on New Years Eve and I cannot say enough about the team and facility at Preble County, the whole system is a blessing to the residents in the Miami Valley. Thank you for making my New Years Eve the best it could be."

"Waiting 2 hours in the emergency room with an empty waiting room while being told “we’re all booked up” is absolutely ridiculous. There’s also an elderly couple being told to keep waiting who’s been here much longer than we have. What’s the point of an emergency room when you’re not being treated like you’re even in the building? The receptionist nurse was kind though. Still ridiculous when my girlfriend just needs a few stitches and we can be on our way"

"I have been going to KMC Preble County for years, I have loved it! Recently though I have had issues with the employee that orders the patient pre authorizations for prescriptions. This time it has been 9 days since my prescription was written, she still can not manage to get the correct medication with doses to my insurance company, I have tried to guide her but she is a know it all, and informed me that I dont need to tell her anything because she does this 8 hrs a day everyday! Twice she has sent incorrect medication and doses, one time sending in the wrong medication, one time sending in wrong amount of days, and not sending in pre authorization at all! Same problem with this same employee last spring! Geez! Id hate to switch Drs, ugh! Very inefficient, untrained employee! Unacceptable!"

"I was a pediatric patient in this office. I grew up in this office. I always give them the benefit of the doubt for things. I had my PCP Alex yell at me over a virtual appointment and tell me that “he doesn’t deserve my attitude or criticism after all he’s done for me.” (Aka: his job) While expressing frustration over the care I’ve been receiving. (They missed a huge health issue even with me messaging the office about it. Yeah, I was frustrated, I’m also sick, so not the most happy right now, but I wasn’t even criticizing HIM!) Anyways, this man flipped a switch on me. I’m incredibly disappointed. I had really liked him before this too. Even recommended several people and family members to him. I’m pretty sure yelling at patients does not constitute quality care. Anyways, I do NOT recommend. I could look past the huge health issue that was missed. I can look past being rushed through appointments, and not always getting concerns met- to the point where I feel like I have to lie about feeling better. I can look past referral orders being messed up. I can even look past the dumb red tape policies they have. I CAN’T look past being treated SO poorly by someone who’s supposedly “caring” for me. They are also super understaffed, only one single doctor for so many patients, so good luck if you have any complex health conditions. As for honorable mentions, I absolutely love Kim, the referral coordinator. She’s sweet, and I’ll miss her, because I’m never stepping foot back here again."

"Incredible service!!! I wish I had this kind of care in Cincinnati!! Amy Walworth and staff were amazing with my Mom. It is really special to grow up in a town like Eaton where everyone truly cares about each other. The staff knew all of my Mom’s funny stories growing up and that kind of experience is absolutely unique! Thank you for taking such great care of my elderly mother!!! Totally blessed!!!"
