"I had such a nice lunch here today. It was about noon on Saturday and the manager and the cook were both so nice and thoughtful. We got the cheesesteaks with mayo and mustard and some fries. It came out quick and it was a fresh and delicious. The store was clean and comfortable. Oh and don’t forget the chocolate chuck cookies. They are amazing!"

"My husband and I waited 20 mins for our food, while the music was blasting and no updates. We got in the car, and the fries were underdone. A mushy pile of grease soaked fries. They added a chicken bacon wrap that I didn't order (I didn't order anything that would sound even remotely similar. Most likely because the music was so loud she couldn't hear my order). I didn't want to go in to get my money back for this unordered wrap because I knew it would be another 30 min wait, and she didn't give me a receipt. I knew it would be a hassle. It wasn't worth it at that point. I should have said something when she said the total. I thought $29.00 for a cheesebread, fries, and a small terakyi sub was a lot... anyway .. the 2 people working there were not unpleasant by any means. You can just tell they did not want to be there at all ..."
"I got a Reuben sub and a cheesesteak and both were very tasty. I was kind of annoyed because I tried ordering online 40 minutes before close and it wouldn't let me. I then tried calling and they said they don't take phone orders within a half hour of closing time. Note that their reply ignored both of these issues."
"If I could give this no stars, I would. My husband went into the Cleveland location on vista way earlier this afternoon. He got the his sub with uncooked chicken. Completely raw and UNCOOKED. Frustrated, we called this location, and the manager didn’t have any answers so she transferred me to the general manager, Shay. Shay was very rude and had zero customer service. Her response to me was “unfortunately it was overlooked” no genuine apology was given. I am hoping for no sickness or food poisoning. But this was the absolute worst experience I’ve had. Would never go back to any Penn Station after this."
