"my husband came here a little after 4 to do a drug screen and the lady refused to do it and said they shut the computers down already. The place is open til 4:30. Also why have a phone if they NEVER answer it. We both called all day and no answer. Don't come here.."
"Needed to have blood work done. Was referred to this location. Both women at the desk were very rude/unfriendly. I had my referral papers with me that said to charge a specific account, but I was told by her that I had to pay. When I said I needed to have it figured out as I couldn't pay she laughed in my face, literally and loudly, saying what do you mean figure out out. I hate having blood drawn & was extremely anxious. Needless to say I'm glad I didn't have the $ as I'm sure they would've been uncaring in the way they treated me. Read the bad reviews before I came but decided to give them a chance. Believe the reviews! Staff is rude, waiting room is filthy. If you must use labcorp go to any other location."
"The two ladies Yolanda and I forget the other ladies name were very pleasant. They worked really well as a team and made everything really smooth from the check-in process to the drug screen. They got everyone in and out!"
"They had me in and out in under 8 minutes. Getting my blood drawn is typically my worst nightmare. I have anxiety about it and avoid it at all costs. It is rare they find a good arm vain and by the time we move to use one in my hand I am near fainting. My experience today was hand down the best experience I have ever had."
"I had to have a wellness screening at this lab today and I was beyond impressed with the customer service. I arrived with the incorrect paperwork which resulted in me having to locate the correct form or reschedule the appointment. I was ready to cancel but everyone there was very helpful and patient with me. Ashley the lab tech went out of her way to assist me with getting my paperwork emailed to them. I was relieved that I did not have to reschedule and received help in retrieving my paperwork. Thank you Ashley and team!"
