"Pretty good experience. Good prices. Nice staff. I had ordered a tuxedo rental online and went in to the store to get measured for it. I even set up an appointment for the measurements. They had a hard time figuring out how to find the rental in their system and kept trying to get me to start over and pick much more expensive options that's what I had chosen online. Eventually they found it and did the measurements. Picking up and trying on the tux once it arrived at the store was quick and painless. Everything fits well. Overall, a good experience but corporate needs to make the online+in-store experience more seamless and user/staff-friendly."

"I went to this place last spring when they had my tux last year for prom and they were very nice and polite to me and they did a good job measuring me. I recently just gotten myself a new suit for a dinner dance for high school next month and a summer wedding this summer just a few days ago, they were also very nice and polite enough to help me get my suit mesaured and fitted like my tux and look good for the future events in my life."

"It's been a little while since I went to this location, but the experience was bad enough that I remember it well. My husband (fiancé at the time) and I stopped by on a Thursday evening last November, looking to find suits for him and his groomsmen for our wedding. We didn't really know exactly what we wanted so we were definitely in need of some guidance. We walked inside and were quickly greeted by...no one. Unsure of what to do, we stood there and waited as a young woman approached and asked us what we needed. Not the friendliest approach, for sure. I told her what we were looking for and she brought us to a place with a catalog of their options. I asked about a charcoal gray suit and she said they only had black and gray. I asked about a matching tie and she said they only had a black or white tie. Most of the time, she simply stood there in silence as we looked at the page of options in front of us, having no idea how we should proceed. She was rude and disinterested at best and on something at worst. It was honestly hard to tell. What wasn't hard to figure out is that we were not welcome. As soon as she left us to go talk to one of her coworkers, we were gone. Very unprofessional, borderline hostile environment. I have no interest in going back. We tried the Colerain location next and had a much better experience."

"Me and my fiance at the time now husband went in here back in April of this year looking for a suit for our wedding, the man that works there was extremely rude towards me. He only wanted to talk to my husband. It was like he has something against women. I didn't appreciate his attitude at all, so we left and bought a suit JCPennys We won't be going back in there nor do I recommend this place."

"Outstanding service! In preparation for my sons wedding we came in without much of a plan. Luckily for us our paths crossed with Jahlil Smith. Mr. Smith was friendly, patient and informative and in short order, has us both looking good for my son's big day."
