"I went to the Dublin location on 1/17/24 and was incredibly disappointed with the experience. I passed by at least five employees or had them walk by me, one of them even appeared to be a manager or a shift lead (brown hair, scruffy, glasses, wearing a cream sweater). Not a single employee checked on me or any of the other customers. They didn’t even look at me as I was trying to compare items on my phone and was trying to figure out the layout of the store. One associate went to the manager and complained that there were three associates standing up front doing nothing. The manager explained to the associate that he had to work on a large truck order. Could I have asked for help? Sure. But I’ve been in retail since 2012 and have been in leadership or management since 2014. I’ve always been of the mind that truck can wait when there are customers because the customer comes first. Let’s face it, without the customers you have no business. I get that you have a lot going on, but you need to treat your customers better. Needless to say I will never be back, I can spend my money elsewhere. I will say that Kyle W was actually very engaging and positive while he was checking me out. But to have the only positive experience happen at the register is really sad. Do better."
"I got an osu crew neck that did not have a price tag on it. I stood around for about 10 minutes while the manager fiddled on her device and the cashier just stood around. They didn’t give me much info. Then all of a sudden the blond woman manager looks up and goes “are you gonna return it??” I go “I don’t plan on it…” and the cashier goes “you don’t plan on keeping it or returning it?” And I said, as plain and clear as I could “I like the sweatshirt. I want to keep it.” The workers were rude and disinterested. Maybe the manager should focus more on the customers than chasing the young tail around."
"Mike Lombardi it's an OUTSTANDING Manager. He greets everyone at the front door and makes sure that you are pointed at the right direction. Always positive attitude, smiles at everyone. He's a Great example what a true leader should look like!"
